Cindy inhales the smoke deep and feels it burn her lungs and acknowledges to herself that maybe she could have handled the situation better.
There’s so many ways it could have gone though, and to end up here… well it’s just another alternative, no better and no worse than the others. She can’t really beat herself up over it.
